redevelopment projects
Redevelopment Projects are land-disturbing activities that results in the creation, addition, or replacement of 5000 square feet or more of impervious surface area on an already developed site. Existing single family non-hillside structures are exempt from the redevelopment requirements.
If a redevelopment results in an alteration to more than fifty percent of impervious surfaces of an existing development, then the entire project must be mitigated. If a redevelopment results in an alteration to less than fifty percent of the impervious surface of an existing development and it was not subject to storm water quality control requirements then only the alteration must be mitigated.
Angeles Contracting installs infiltration tanks and swales and can help your project successfully navigate through the storm water mitigation approval and permitting process. |
